My stay at San Ruffino Resort was absolutely mesmerizing! The castle itself is a piece of history, set in gorgeous surroundings, which provided a uniquely enchanting experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Michele, who made us feel welcome despite our late arrival. The only downside was the bug issue in the room, which they did try to address, but it impacted my overall comfort. I'd recommend this place for its breathtaking views and remarkable service, but be prepared for some quirks.
